Q: What is the skill level required to attend HWH?
A: We work with ALL levels of players! This is a developmental program for anyone who has an interest in increasing individual skill sets as well as, over all game knowledge. However, we do suggest that you have "reasonable mobility" and some hockey experience to get the full benefit of the program.

Q: What is the primary focus of your programs / clinics?
A: At HWH we focus on the "3 W's". We cover all aspects of Power Skating and hockey skills associated with playing the game. Specific emphasis is placed on how to become more efficient with your stride, edge work and puck handling. During every HWH program, we stress the importance of When, Where and Why these skills apply to game situations. In addition we address many game theory issues.

Q: What factors determine the group I will be placed in?
A: The first consideration is age, but we do take experience and skill level into consideration when placing participants. During the ice sessions, if we notice any discrepancy with placement, we can and do reserve the right to make the necessary adjustments.

Q: How and where do I register for your programs?

A: The easiest and most secure way to sign up is to simply call our offices toll free at 1-877-411-HARD (4273). We will be happy to take the time to assist you!
In addition, you can mail in an application or visit our web site to fill out the registration form and someone from our office will contact you shortly.

*Note: Phone applications take precedent over those, which are mailed (in the event that we near capacityl).

Q: Do you guys have anything for goalies?

A: Absolutely! Our director is a former Pro goalie and we offer a goalie coach at each summer program. We only accept 4 goaltenders per session, so it is important to register early in order to secure a spot. Our ratio allows us to offer comprehensive instruction with tremendous individual attention. If you are looking for a curriculum, which "truly" offers game situation drills, then HWH is the program of choice for you. HWH also offers private / group instruction for goalies of all levels from youths all the way up to the professional ranks!

We also offer an annual week long goalie specific camp as well as periodic clinics throughout the season. Please visit our locations & tuition page for details on both dates and facility.

Q: Do you have female or adult clinics?
A: Yes, in fact we offer both in the form of clinics at various locations and times throughout the year. At our summer programs we often have both and they are encouraged to attend. Adults may want to invite teammates or friends as well. At HWH everyone has the same objective, you are a "hockey player" looking to improve, it's that simple! We do offer private lessons and small group sessions for adults as well, call for details on how you can take part.

Q: How many players are there in a group?
A: We only allow 25 skaters maximum into any session in order to maintain good flow and individual attention from our staff of Pros.
