*Note:
Each player should bring the following:

• A packed lunch (include
several snacks)
• Athletic shorts, 2
t-shirts & running shoes
• Water bottle with their
name on it
• An off ice stick as
well (no plastic blades)
• Instructions / medications
& emergency procedures in a zip lock bag with their
name on it (we do not administer ANY meds!)
• Players are responsible
for their own equipment / possessions at all times, HWH
and the rink staff are not responsible for lost or misplaced
items
